It is fairly new property. Very well located, close to all the monuments , eating joints and places of interest. Staff is very polite, helpful and hospitable. Special shout out to Rustam for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

There is nothing you can dislike about the property .

Very clean and nicely equipped room, big and comfortable beds. Kind and welcoming staff. Breakfast on a terrace with an amazing view. Good quiet location nearby a street with very good restaurants. Everything perfect except for the non-working spa.

I would have rated it a 10 if it was not for the (lack of) spa. We booked this hotel specifically expecting spa facilities, but unfortunately they did not work. The steam bath did not heat up past 28 degrees (so no steam) or didn't work at all at another occasion. Jacuzzi had cold water only. Staff tried to make them work upon our request but they weren't successful either. A pity, because the facilities looked amazing.

It was in a nice quiet location, close to a few tourist attractions. The staff were amazing and really supportive. Not only did they let us do early check in without any extra fee but also our card wasn’t working while checking in. They let us check in and told us that we can make the payment later. Nice recommendations by the staff about restaurants and places to visit.

The breakfast was pretty mid with limited options and they could be improved.

My 5-day stay at Royal Suits was truly unforgettable. The exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delightful meals made it a remarkable experience. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff, especially Rustam at the reception, left a lasting impression. The cleanliness of the rooms and the delectable offerings at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for this wonderful experience. I consider myself fortunate to have chosen your hotel and look forward to staying with you in future travels.

Bad breakfast, bad smell in the bathroom.

Inveterate American travelers. Since UZ is so inexpensive we thought we’d splurge. This hotel is sparkling and new but lacks style. The staff was extremely attentive and the neighborhood quiet

The pool and sauna in the basement is nice but the wet sauna dysfunctional. Breakfast on the rooftop idyllic but the food ho-hum. The room was OK and the bathroom drab. Nouveau luxe, not to our liking
