Kindness of the staff. Cleanliness, and very convenient place to stay. Breakfast offers a lot of choice. Rooms are huge and very well furnished. We could not have been in a better place.

"Lovely experience"

Very comfortable hotel with accommodating staff. Terrific breakfast. I’m vegetarian and partner isn’t and we were both happy. Enjoyed our walk to the main sights from there and restaurant in the neighborhood especially Barbaris a shaslik local with terrific veggies and meat.

The service was very good, very attentive and polie. The facility is beautiful, very nice sauna area.

The dinner at the restaurant was not satisfactory at all. We ordered multiple dishes. I asked how soft is the meat and the answer was "soft" but I could not chew it at all. The dinner was frustrating. We did not enjoyed the food.

Not far from the centre, new and clean, warm decor and carpets.

extremely difficult to pay with credit card, it took staff 30 minutes to get connection for the payment. Better pay with cash! They only accept USD and local currency, not euro

Location is nice, the staff is very helpful, breakfast OK. Didn't try their swimming pool though.

Found some of bathroom facilities need some minor adjustments
