"A comfortable place not too far from the beach."

It was comfortable.

There was no smart TV and the reception was very poor I did not like the way they took 2500 php as security deposit.

Haven Resort Hotel. My review? I had an email exchange with Rosemarie, from sales, before booking. I asked for a discount for long term stay, but I did not receive a special price. The hotel is outdated, the room I was accommodated in was small, but THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF THE STAFF, THE FACT THAT THEY WERE CLEANED DAILY AND THE ATTENTION GIVEN MAKE ME GIVE A VERY GOOD REVIEW !!! THANKS KIRSTEIN, WEEL CHERRY, CHERRY AND EVERYONE ELSE AT THE RECEPTION AND THE RESTAURANT, THANKS FOR MANGO !!!

"I would not stay there again"

Close to beach

There was no mention on their official website or on Booking.com about heavy renovation work at the adjacent hotel. The adjacent hotel had people working less than a metre away from my room. This noise started very early in the morning and went well into the evenings. The staff did nothing to assist with the issue when asking to leave early. I could not open my balcony door or even my curtains because they were often construction workers sitting on the balcony edge or on the roof looking in the direction of my room. I would not stay there again.
