Animaux présents dans la chambre et défèquent sur le lit. Malgré nos alertes, rien n’a été fait. Petit déjeuner pas bon. Présent sous forme de buffet SAUF le dernier jour où l’on vous le fait payer en extra Staff ne proposant aucune solution quand on présente un problème. Pire, ils rigolent entre eux devant vous en réagissant à ce que vous indiquez.

The views were amazing, beach front, ample chairs on the beach for lounging. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, water pressure in the shower and hot water were excellent. The view from my room felt like I was waking up in paradise every morning. Staff was attentive and welcoming, Mitch was very patient with our big group!

The amount of stairs you have to climb, but I expected it because I read reviews beforehand and it just makes sense to be able to see the good views that you also have to be high up.

Nice property on a beautiful beach. Lots of facilities and restaurants around. Away from the hustle of downtown El Nido. Very accommodating staff, good breakfasts. Awesome views. Big rooms.

Lots of stairs. Be prepared to walk up stairs. Staff helps with luggage but you have to climb if you are on the top floor.

Compare to what I have paid (330 euros per night) didn't match at all the expectations. Breakfast wasn't having many choices and sometimes items were missing. The beach was not enjoyable at all due to the high tide.

El personal es una maravilla. Gracias a ellos tuvimos una experiencia inolvidable.

Todo, lo único que por la noche no se puede acceder al hotel sin mojarse un poco los pies, sube la marea y como el acceso es por la playa es difícil evitar el agua.

La vista de la habitación es hermosaaaaa! Es todo realmente lindo! Esta en Vanilla Beach, una playa muy linda que tiene una especie de strip center en la entrada, con restaurantes, cafes, gym, tiendas de souvenir y un mcdonalds. Muy lindo. La playa tiene mas hoteles asi que hay bares y restaurantes a lo largo de la playa. La entrada es por la playa como dicen otros comentarios pero no es problema porque el mismo personal del hotel te lleva las maletas. Hay que subir escalones para llegar a las piezas pero nada terrible, hace bien y vale totalmente la pena.

La playa justo enfrente tiene varias piedras, asi que para meterse al mar es mejor caminar hacia el otro lado de la playa.

Wow! I wish I could give more than 10 stars! This was definitely one of our highlight stays in the Phillipines. The view from our room (about halfway up) was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Every morning we opened our windows right up (they are very wide and open all the way to each side) lay in our luxurious bed and felt like we were in a painting. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained with all the amenities we could ask. The pool and view is beautiful but we spent most of our relaxation time on the beach (vanilla beach). The beach is so gorgeous with plenty of bars and restaurants (best in El Nido we reckon) The sunset from Vanilla beach - just wow!!! There are loungers on the beach that are free for guests or expensive for outsiders. The stairs were no problem at all and they have staff to carry your bags from the road, through a modern outdoor mall and stunning beach to your room. We are in our 50s and seriously the stairs and location were no problem at all, although our knees are good lol Staff were so lovely and helpful

Only 2 things, but wouldn't stop us from returning- the orange juice at breakfast is about 430p, I should've stuck with the the 230p cocktails lol The sound from the ocean and surrounding bars is even louder in your room at night than it is actually on the beach or in the bars! Mysteries of accoustics lol That wouldn't put me off returning

Everything! The friendly staff, the beautiful hotel, the location, the pool, the bar and the food!!!! Oh and that view!!! Love everything about this stay! Will definitely come back soon with friends and family. Oh.. I can’t forget the amazing sunsets!!! Omg! Best! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Ticks all the boxes

Nothing! Maybe how far it is of a walk to the main road but what else do you expect from a beachside hotel. Maybe not suitable for elderly because some rooms you have to walk up a few stairs to reach and there’s no lifts. But I didn’t mind it at all and I stayed in one of the top rooms. About 70 steps altogether?
