Location is very close to the Whale Sharks, plenty of parking and the a/c worked well.

Rude and aggressive treatment from the staff as we checked it. After providing my confirmation number, the demanded to see confirmation on my mobile. They were not satisfied when I showed the confirmation emails. After a 20min back and forth they relented and gave us the room key - it remains unclear as to what was needed. The room was adequate, but the pillow smelled of both bug spray and cigarette smoke - the towel and sheet smelled of bug spray.
