Location is very good if you are doing the whale shark watching/snorkeling. But there isn’t much else in the area, the falls are close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can assist you with doing different things.

On the last day we didn’t have water on the ground floor but the staff were very helpful and arranged for us to use a bathroom on the 2nd floor right away.

The room is too small, when you shower no curtain The whole bathroom get wet. No toilet paper had to go to reception ask for it and the bedsheet is tiny nylon and I think they have bedbugs got rashes in my body itch a lot 😞 when we arrived the staff and the old lady were not polite when we were checking in, high voice, and it was like they don’t know that we are coming, though we have printed confirmation they still made phone calls about it.

WiFi is working in th lobby Staff was friendly and very helpful

Nothing, manager very disrespectful and tell us to cancel booking.

Hôtel was in renovation and let customers booking during this period. Manager as really rough and limit agressive to us. Really bad experience
