La piscina y entrada directa al paraíso de playa que tiene. El personal es encantador

Personnel tres accueillant, location de scooter sur place, établissement très mignon, on s'y sent bien, bon emplacement pour découvrir l'île, de nombreux services disponibles (lessive, bar, restaurant, piscine...)

Next to a disco place so it can be loud on Saturdays. All good for me though because it meant I can party next door and rest after!

We really appreciated the warm and friendly communication from the owner before our arrival, and the welcome on check-in was lovely. The room had a beautiful view, and the scooter we pre-arranged was ready and waiting, which made it easy to explore the local area. The resort is in a great, central location — we visited the Tower viewpoint, Monkey Beach, San Juan, the port town, and local waterfalls easily. The dive boat was small but well-run, and the staff on board were helpful and friendly.

The room felt overpriced for what was offered. Only one kitchen light was working, and we had to ask for basics like clean towels (as the resident cat had been sleeping on them) and toilet rolls. Breakfast was significantly more expensive than local cafés, so we chose to eat elsewhere. The communal areas felt neglected — pool cushions were rarely out, one usable sunbed, and guest areas were often used by staff (including for pedicures). The beach out front was full of seagrass and not maintained, unlike the section cleaned by the backpackers next door. Wi-Fi was mostly unavailable, possibly due to monsoon weather. The biggest issue was the loud music from the neighbouring property with no prior warning. It caused us to leave early. Although we were told we’d be refunded for the unused night, only a partial refund was given as the room didn’t get rebooked — disappointing, especially in low season. Diving was also underwhelming. Despite requesting Jear (as advised), he was the skipper that day and not our guide. The actual guide was pleasant but didn’t point out marine life, and the experience was lacklustre compared to other places like Dauin and Apo Island — we didn’t book further dives as a result.

Amazing location at the beach! Really nice breakfast and the staff helped with a lot of questions we had!

The showers were mostly cold.

CONTRATAMOS HABITACIÓN DOBLE DE LUXE Y SOLO TENIA UNA CAMA. SOLICITAMOS QUE TRAJERAN OTRA CAMA COMO CONTRATAMOS Y TRAJERON UN COLCHÓN Y A DORMIR AL SUELO. NOS FUIMOS DESPUÉS DEL 3 DÍA Y CANCELAMOS LOS SIGUIENTES POR ESTOS MOTIVOS : WIFI NO FUNCIONABA EN HABITACIÓN, NO TUVIMOS AGUA NI FRÍA NI CALIENTE EN DUCHA DOS DÍAS, AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA BIEN, VENTILADOR ESTROPEADO, PERSIANA ROTA E INCOMPLETA NO GARANTIZABA INTIMIDAD, BAÑO SUCIO, ALFOMBRILLA PODRIDA. NO HAY ARMARIO, NI PERCHAS, SOLO ESTANTERÍA PEQUEÑA. SÁBANAS Y ALMOHADAS EN MAL ESTADO. FUE EL ALOJAMIENTO PEOR Y MÁS CARO DURANTE UN MES EN FILIPINAS. LE HACE FALTA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO. AL LADO DEL HOTEL HAY UN LOCAL CON MÚSICA EN DIRECTO Y NO SE PUEDE DESCANSAR HASTA LAS 02:00 DE LA MADRUGADA. DURANTE LA MAÑANA QUEMABAN BASURA EN LA PLAYA AL LADO DE LA PISCINA Y EL HUMO IMPEDÍA DISFRUTAR DE LA PISCINA. TAMBIÉN NOS AHUMARON LA ROPA DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN. SOLICITAMOS EDUCADAMENTE QUE LO APAGARAN Y CASO OMISO, AL IGUAL QUE CON EL TEMA WIFI, AGUA… NOS FUIMOS ANTES DE AGOTAR LA RESERVA Y NO VOLVEREMOS, NI RECOMENDAMOS A NADIE QUE VAYA ALLÍ. HAY MUCHOS SITIOS MÁS BARATOS E INFINITAMENTE MEJORES EN SIQUIJOR.
