"I should not have trusted that the EV charging service was working when I booked this place."

The EV charging service is not available. It requires a Thai mobile number to activate the app, which is inconvenient. The morning staff promised to ask the guard to assist with the EV app registration at night. However, the night security guard asked me to refer to the counter staff, and the staff then said that the charging gun was faulty
