Cleanliness and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful

There were some hotel guests that were too noisy and disturbing other hotel guests

Big space room. Staff was friendly.new hotel

Booking for triple room. They give 1 double bed and 1 extra bed which is the bed & mattress very thin and small. Im feeling uncomfortable with the mattress. Please change. Mirror only provide in the washroom. It is better if provide big mirror in the room also. Location quit far from lee garden

My experience was not good… When I made the reservation, I asked for a high floor and they agreed to it and they sent me an email stating that they accommodated me for a high floor… There are eight floors in the hotel and I was on the third floor with a shitty… Secondly, The bed was hard… For the cost of the hotel, The bed should not have been as hard… I called down to the staff to order extra pillows because I have a bad back and they wanted to charge me 200 Baht per pillow… That would be $12 USD… I have stated in hundreds of hotels in my life, maybe 1000. I have been all over the world many, many times… I have never been charged for an extra pillow, , ever… I paid for two nights, but I only stayed one night… The location was awful… I ended up taking a taxi and had no pay for a new room in another location and then my experience was wonderful… It started out, that my experience was not happy, but, I changed it and I made it a great experience and Hat Yai was good for me… I think I deserve a refund on the second night because the hotel was terrible and I would not recommend it to anybody… Thank you for your time

I already stated my thoughts about the hotel in the last paragraph… Location was no good… Bed was hard… They wanted to overcharge me for one extra pillow… Ridiculous… I paid for two nights, but I only stayed for one… I would not recommend it to anybody

The hotel was excellent with wheelchair access and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking, mini Big C just 3-5 minutes walk, nice restaurant at the front. Worth for money.

Overall is good, comfortable and the staff are very helpful
