Nice clean spacious room

Google maps kept taking me to the wrong location

Top floor with the big windows was wonderful. Great view, comfortable bed, very clean, smelled nice.

The stairway was under construction, the drywall in the ceiling needed to be repaired.

Quang was lovely and very helpful. The bedroom was spacious with a nice view. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. Spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance from everything. Cafe, restaurant, pharmacy etc.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Excellent location for restaurants, bars, and cafes.

A spacious room with triple exposition, I’m sure on sunny days you would have a beautiful view of the river. The young man at reception speaks good English and is willing to help.

The wall unit in the room doesn’t have a heating setting (although the remote shows it), we asked for a portable heater but they didn’t have any, we were there on cold and wet days and all we could do was put an extra blanket on the bed. The shower cubicle needs silicon along the wall and a guard at the bottom of the door not to splash the whole bathroom.

The staff was very accomodating. Dong Hoi being a small town with very little to do apart from the caves, I was able to do my laundry and the sweet staff helped with my further travel bookings with no extra charge. The property is a very good location with multiple cafe's restaurants at walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

They could add tea/coffee in the room. Kettle is already provided.
