Lovely hotel. Great location. Very helpfull people, I forgot to return the key from the previous hotel in Hanoi and he mailed it for me. Son speaks perfect English. Large room.

Hard to watch tv as it is on the side wall, but that's the only unused wall they had. And you don't really go on holidays to watch a movie anyway!

Excellent hotel, lovely modern large room with AC, TV, mini fridge and good shower with warm water. The owner, his son and all the other members of staff treat us like family rather than customers. They are very kind good people. Please if you come to Dong Hoi stay here you won't regret it. We will be back ❤️

Choosing this hotel was a great decision, the owner is a very nice person, as well as the entire hotel staff, very polite, nice and helpful. The owner had prepared a map for us with the most important attractions of the town, which was very helpful, he also offered us help in booking trips, recommended where to eat well and cheaply, and also arranged for us personal transport to the meeting point, from where we were leaving by bus to Hanoi. He extended our check-out by a few hours and took care of our luggage after check-out, so that we did not have to wander with luggage around the town. I have not met such cordial people as this hotel staff in the whole of Vietnam, we highly recommend this place, you will not regret it.

An amazing hotel ,owned by the most beautiful people in Vietnam,our room was huge,super clean with the most astonishing view of the sea,big toilet and shower ,the owners is a lovely family that sees there customers like there own family ,advices and any help we could get was freely given to us with the most happiness,walking distance to the 2 vegan vegetarian restaurants,the fruit and cloth market is about an easy walk of 25 minutes passing from canals and beautiful parks ,I would say the kindest Vietnamese people live in dong Hoi ,the neighbourhood salutes you with a smile while walking without the need to sell you something,the hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood,the air-conditioning in the room is clean (no mold smell)

We should have stayed longer to this hotel and city
