La vue de la chambre etait incroyable

A localização é excelente. É um hotel simples mas a localização convence-me sempre a voltar.

O dono, tal como nos outros anos, ao contrário dos funcionários, não é uma pessoa simpática. O quarto deveria ter ar condicionado. Só tomei uma vez o pequeno-almoco no hotel, nas, pedir 15€ por aquilo...é descaramento.

The view

The view from my room was beautiful at first and I had nothing to complain about… but the stay quickly became very disappointing. After sleeping in the bed, I woke up with multiple bites and red marks on my skin (on my back, neck, and legs), which makes me suspect there may be bugs or another hygiene issue in the bedding or mattress. And then I saw it and took a video The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations, and I did not feel confident that the bedding was properly maintained. I have taken photos of the bites and skin reactions as evidence. I informed the hotel owner about the issue, but the response was very dismissive, simply saying it would be “checked” and “noted,” without any real concern or action taken. Three days later, the marks are still very red, itchy, and painful, which makes the situation even more worrying. Honestly, I’m really frustrated about this whole experience. I paid to stay somewhere comfortable and clean, and instead I ended up dealing with painful bites and feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. It’s upsetting that nothing meaningful was done after I reported the issue. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers until the cleanliness and pest-control situation is properly addressed.

Das Beste war die Lage nahe am Ausichtspunkt über die Stadt mit Sonnenuntergang. Vom Balkon unseres Zimmers aus hatten wir auch einen wunderschönen Ausblick.

Hotel mit einfacher Ausstattung. Keine Lüftung im Bad. Und das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe: wenig Angebot in einfacher Ausführung, nur der Orangensaft war gut, weil frisch gepreßt. Wir gingen am nächsten Tag zum Bäcker um die Ecke, das schmeckte besser.
