La habitación tiene buen espacio y es muy silenciosa en horas de la noche, ideal para descansar bien. El personal es muy amable y cálido.

En la publicación muestran habitaciones con vistas panorámicas a la ciudad de Lisboa y nos tocó vista a la calle con un edificio de frente 😔. La manguera de la ducha no tiene soporte para el duchador lo hace muy incómodo para bañarse y el agua del inodoro no tiene suficiente fuerza para bajar los deshechos.

UNBELIEVABLE VIEW! This is the most wonderful hotel I can imagine! It offers much more than just a sensational view. It is a charming family-run hotel with its own unique character and identity. I especially loved the traditional room keys, which give the place a warm and authentic atmosphere rather than a sterile, impersonal feel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room is stunning, and the terrace is simply sensational, offering a beautiful setting to start the day. The breakfast itself is good, with enough choice and high-quality products. I have stayed here before, and returning felt like coming home. I will definitely come back again. A truly special place that I can highly recommend.

The only suggestion I would make is to offer a greater variety of fresh vegetables and greens at breakfast.

Breakfast was inedible. We ate out every day after the first morning. The night reception spoke little English and had a hard time understanding us. They couldn’t back us up when a taxi charged us 38 euros for a ride that had cost us less than 10 euros in the other direction.
