Very homely and comfortable. Loved the room which had a view. Fragrant Plum, a double. Katie really looked after us for breakfast. She was lovely. The decor was Victorian style with lots of interesting items. Parking in the square . Bus stops on the road and ATM and several restaurants near by.

It was quite windy but that can't be helped.

Extremely beautiful design hotel, everything is curated very beautifully. Big and spacious room, well planned bathroom. Delicious breakfast and free parking right outside. In the evening you can access the Sintra center with a car in a few minutes.

We were lacking some of the basic info from the staff like where is the bus station or good restaurants (everything they suggested on paper had very poor reviews). The room and the hotel overall had a strong smell of old and dust, could be fixed as it still is a very nice boutique hotel.

Amei a hospedagem. Estava com uma expectativa muito alta e não me decepcionou. Um ponto de atenção é que fiquei no subsolo, o quarto era bem umido por não pegar muito sol, acaba ficando mais forte o cheiro. Fora isso o quarto era perfeito. O chuveiro o melhor de toda a minha viagem. Todos que nos receberam foram muito educados e solicitos. Deixamos nossas malas com eles enquanto passeávamos pela cidade. Recomendo!

A única coisa que acredito que devem melhorar é colocar mais funcionários no atendimento no café da manhã, pois apesar de 1 funcionária que atendia e fazia o máximo p atender os hóspedes nao era suficiente p atender a todos os hóspedes, preparar e repor os alimentos
