Fantastic helpful and obliging staff, great location, excellent value for money.

The staff was extremely friendly and we felt like we are at home. They gave us many recommendations and helped us with everything. The room was super nice and comfortable. The Walk to the beach is only a few minutes.

The hotel restaurant was ok.

Super friendly staff, and the food from the attached restaurant is delicious.

There are some karaoke places nearby, so you can hear them a bit till about 11pm. No big deal if you sleep a bit later.

the hotel is situated around the lake with lots of eateries, but the cozy and chilling one is theirs. The owner is friendly and assist whenever he can. He has operated the restaurant and bar himself, the food is delicious if you lazy to walk.

the aircon is not cold enough for a hot day.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They all speak English, which is great in Vietnam. The room design is cool. The bar serves good cocktails. The restaurant is ok. They can organize day trips with local partners.

Nice hotel, awesome and helpful staffs. They also arranged pick up from Hanoi hotel and a day trip to Lan Ha Bay at a good price. Room was exactly like the photos.

The room at the top was too warm and took sometime to cool down.

Location was great, rest of the island was easily accessible. Hotel staff were great and able to provide support as needed at all times.
