Quiri Hotel

I had looked at many hotels before booking Quiri. I liked the design of the rooms and the big windows with a view to the lake and indeed it looked exactly as the photos. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Jake stands out with his perfect English that makes communication so easy. He arranged a boat tour for us and our transport to the airport- he also showed a high level of professionalism when a misunderstanding occurred, something not often found!!! Another important plus of the hotel is that on the ground floor there's a café /bar/restaurant and it's very good. We had most of our meals and drinks there and we were very satisfied!

The weather was very humid and it rained while we were in Cat Ba so the absence of some kind of heating in the room made us feel uncomfortable. I guess the island is better enjoyed in summer weather!

Massive amount of development in area, very noisy construction activity and rubble.

Nothing..

Very comfortable bed and bath tub! The location is pretty good too and the staff were incredibly helpful with coordinating transportation to the airport. The restaurant in the first floor has pretty decent food as well!

The room has a mini fridge and one night I ordered food to bring back to my room with no issues. I tried again as I was having a headache and didn't want to go far but they would not let me.

The staff were super nice, excellent food and kitchen bar, very clean rooms

Everything! The staff is more like a family there, Jake and Cris were the absolute highlight and took care of every need. A must stay if you're coming to Cat Ba. Also the food here is best of every other place in this island.
