Lanna Deer Chiang Mai

The pool and architecture of the hotel was very nice. Had a bug spacious room and bathroom was very clean.

Location is far. Most, if not all, tour groups will not pick up from the hotel as it's too far. Taxi fair is expensive and if you use the Grab App, the usually ask you to pay extra - cash in hand - as they want get any customers back into town. Would be really good if they offered some form of transport to from town. Very limited breakfast.

The pool is lovely, nice and clean, plenty of space. Staff is really friendly, too. When we went there it wasn't very busy so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Good value for the money.

The restaurant where they serve breakfast isn't that great. There's only one kind of breakfast to choose from, and they ran out of bread and condiments. Also, don't expect any deer at the Deer Resort. The deer they had were given to the zoo when Covid hit.

The room was spacious and shower/bath tub was great. There was only one staff who were very helpful and friendly. 25m swimming pool was good.

The breakfast was ok, but we stayed for 4 nights and every day it was the same menu. Since they have great facilities, they just need to improve the breakfast/onsite cafe as well. Also, the swimming pool was not clean and water was murky during our stay.

Clean place and very accommodating staff!
