Breakfast was good!

The room was not clean. There were no clean sheets on the bed and a blanket cover was missing. The bathroom was very dirty, lots of mold, bugs and the water stank. We slept poorly, the bed felt like laying on concrete. I know the rooms are cheap but that should not be an excuse to not clean it properly.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The rooms were also cleaned very well. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was really poor. I also had a HUGE cockroach in my room one day. The staff did come to take it out but after hearing little scuttling noises I couldn’t sleep that night and ended up moving hotels for the last 2 nights in Chiang Mai. There are many gaps around the windows and doors for critters to enter but I guess you get what you pay for and they do try to keep the place very clean. This should not be listed as a 5 star in my opinion. You would be pleased on arrival if this was rated as a 3 or 4 star but a 5 star gives you the wrong expectation and these standards can’t be met here.

We loved our time here! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. The pool was amazing and clean and there was a baby pool for our smallest which was great. We would definitely return and recommend for families especially.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel resort was interesting and cute layout.

Hotel resort was a little run down and did not look as nice as online photos. Expected more from photos. Safe in room did not lock and they could not find an exchange.

Location near my place of work. Quiet n cozy ambience. Having breakfast included is good as thebb can place is quiet remote.

Having no free refund policy is difficult for advance booking esp longer term stay booking of more than a week as there are always uncertainty in business, flight availability.. etc. Price is also relatively higher compared to similar standard n quality hotel in Thailand. Will he good if they can provide coffee n milo as well in the room on top of just tea. A work desk/table in each room /esp Queen/Double room so we can work in the hotel as well. 🙏

Place was cosy. Rooms were spacious. It isn't a big property but overall a nice place to stay. We had our own vehicle to reach so location wasn't an issue, but if you expect to use public transport then it might not be the best option. Overall an enjoyable stay. Staff in the reception was helpful
