99 The Heritage Hotel

Cosy, small heritage hotel. Lovely flowers in the lobby and miniature gardens at the entrance. Good location, walking distance to eateries both local and Western food. Staff were excellent. They offer free coffee, ice cream, cold drinks and snacks in the lobby area. If you stay 3 nights or more, you'll get a free lunch and a free afternoon tea.

Please note that being a heritage hotel, there is no lift to the upper floor so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a room on the ground floor

Th staff were excellent - responsive, helpful, polite and friendly!

The aircon in our room was difficult to control and kept blowing into our faces when we slept. The bathing cubicle kept leaking water when we showered onto the toilet floor and made it slippery.

Loved the Lanna style architecture and the decor in the front lobby including the garden area indoors and little balconies and all common areas

Bathrooms looked a bit dated and we would have liked more lights in the room. Felt a bit dark / gloomy

Lovely hotel, with character, in the heart of the old city.

Perhaps a little aged. The photos in the add looked like the hotel was a little better up kept

The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were comfortable. The staff was really warm and helpful.

Very nice property in a great location ! The rooms are comfy and the staff especially the lady name Fon, very accommodating and kind ! They give quite a bit of amenities like free tea time! And had a decent breakfast!

Well, I find that the price for this hotel is a little too high for what it is ! And what I really disliked about this hotel is the random fake flower explosions everywhere !!! They look very out of place, the hotel on the whole is designed with some sophistication! The crazy fake flowers looked like someone came in after and had a fever dream of madness !!! They just make zero sense ! Especially the horrible cheap glass chandelier and the faux antique streetlights ! Just my two cents !!!! Should have left the place well enough alone!!!
