Location.

The basement apartment. The makeshift arrangments. Price included everyday breakfast but we got breakfast only on one day. Lack of basic amenities.

Lur stay was great. The room has hot water so you can use the bath anytime. The room was also big and has the basic needs you may need. It is very near the Fansipan Express.

Not much but the bed is a bit hard, still we enjoyed our stay and the Banh mi ☺️

"Great, affordable location with multiple views of the famous red Sapa train."

The location had a wide enough left side angle view of the famous red train with a whole glass wall dedicated for viewing. The room was spacious and clean especially the bathroom with strong water pressure, heater working, and even another huge glass window to take in the views of the train while "on business." We were also given complimentary breakfast bahn mihs and the owner was kind enough to install a projector on one of our rooms where we had a baby.

Internet would go off sometimes. We needed it for work so when it slows, we needed to use our phone data. Overall, no other complaints.

I love it cause it was very close to tourists spot, souvenir shops and restaurants and it’s just 3-5minutes walk going to Fansipan so it’s very convenient. The room the we got was so beautiful we can really see the mountain view and the monorail i love that there was big windows in room and in the toilet 😅. The staff is accommodating he/she responds quickly when i have questions since it’s self check in hotel.

the place is good for young and first time travellers for its very gen z vibe and its very affordable price. the location is great, its near the station to fansian.

one of the room the toilet is not working properly.
