Booked for my elderly parents. Comfortable stay. Close to the all major attractions.

More staff or longer presence on property would make this place perfect.

Property was very close to city centre and the property manager was very understanding and flexible

Room is clean, friendly staff, room has the view everytime the train is pass… i really love the place great location and its cheap 😍😍

The room is clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and fast response to all the enquiries via whatsapp. Location is great, a walking distance to Sun Plaza and the city.

Only thing we liked was the common space available for resting as we took overnight sleeper bus to/from Sapa

Room was not clean - dusty and have bugs Showers - Limited hot water, shower head was spoiled in both rooms Cant open window because construction happening next door so sewage smell comes in They gave us faulty umbrellas : Umbrella No.1 lasted 2 days, umbrella no.2 lasted only 1 walk to town and asked us to pay for both (150k vnd each : felt scammed)

The homestay is really good. The staff were accommodating and really friendly. We got upgraded for free and there's a lot of free things. We also had the chance to wash our clothes. Overall, it's like a home. You're really secured here. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maybe because it's like a home the front desk staff is sometimes out of duty and when we checked-out we just left our keycard inside the room. But they're all one call away.

I had an exceptional one-night stay at D’Home Sapa. From the moment I arrived, the host’s friendliness and assistance were outstanding through Whatsapp. Despite my early arrival, they graciously allowed me to use the bathroom before my official check-in time. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its proximity to the tram made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The safety of the location was also a significant plus. To top it all off, the host surprised me with a delicious traditional banh mi before I checked out, a delightful touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend D’Home Sapa for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-appointed place to stay in Sapa.
