The location is good, the building is beautiful and it is clean and comfy. The staff could be a little more organized, but they're nice.

Things with my friends' reservations got mixed up, it was a little cold, and breakfast was not satisfactory, although we had to pay for it separately.

The hotel is from 1835. High ceilings, vintage furniture and style. It was a great location.

There was no hot water.
