"Pleasant"

I stayed in a shared room, and I loved the privacy of the beds, the lockers for luggage, and the size of the room.

On my second day, there wasn't hot water, but it was fixed by the 3rd day. The music from the hostel's restaurant downstairs is loud. Some guests don't really follow the rules imposed by the hostel (such as not turning the room's light on after 11:00 p.m.). The hostel is also located next to a busy avenue, which is loud during peak hours

Dorm rooms are designed well and have 2 bathrooms, great storage for luggage and spacious beds with curtains! We enjoyed using the coworking space that had a sink and fridge. Loved the supermarket very close by!

Sometimes hard to find the staff, usually they will be in the restaurant however did not reply to messages on booking site or WhatsApp. They forgot to turn on the air conditioner multiple nights. The dorms can get hot without the aircon at night but then with the aircon it can get very cold as they do not leave the remote in the room and we only had a thin sheet. Location a little walk from the centre.

"Great, comfortable stay!"

We got the family room, it was very spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures online apart from the green potted plants in the bedroom.

Not all the staff can speak or understand fluent English. You'll need to be able to converse in Spanish.

"Racism with Mexicans"

Quiet and clean

AC at 19c and you need to pay for blanket. No space to speak each other. Racism with Mexican, they charge 20$ them cuz of beer at 11pm in "co-working area". They try to charge me too cuz I was with them. It's good to have rules but it's not cool to use it against people.

Rare last-minute place found during NYE! There are many people in the room but the room is spacious.

There is no kitchen in this hostel.
