The location. The hotel is across the airport. Staff is very friendly.

The facilities. It's old, not very clean and you don't feel safe staying in there.

The hotel is just beside the airport. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from there to the airport. I found the rooms neat. The hotel's price per room is good.

Each of the rooms of the hotel, had just one power switch one can use and no extension cables. Some of the new staff need more training for they are not professional.

The hotel is neat and at a good price. It is well situated and just beside the airport. It took me less than 5 minutes on foot to get to the airport, from the hotel.

The contact number the hotel put on their booking. com page was not going through when we tried calling several times (normal call as well as WhatsApp). The rooms have just one power switch and no extension cable. It will be good to have several switches and also extension cables in the rooms.

Location is good. It is 5 min from kigali airport by car. Staff were friendly and polite and approachable

The shower was a bit unclean with some dirt stains inside the shower cubicle. They only provided one single small towel in a double bed room. There was 2 of us in the room and I would have preferred to have 2 towels. They provided only 1 small soap to use for hand wash and same soap to use for showering. So i had to get out of shower to go get the hand soap to use in the shower.

Nothing other than being close to the airport

Water was cold. My room had no key

Loved that staff was there waiting for me very very late at night. IDEAL location for short-term airport use.

Given that the hotel is a few steps away from the airport (less than 2 minutes), I could just walk from the airport to the hotel. It iis neat and the staff are welcoming. Recently they opened a restaurant where I could get food and drinks even late at night. The price per night is also great for similar services.

Each time I tried getting hot water from the shower, what I got was warm not hot water.
