AVISHA TOWN HOTEL

Avisha Hotel is very well situated at 200m from the Kigali Airport. It is very practical for early or late flights. the hotel includes a Bar and a restaurant with very good service.

Due to its position, it can be noisy...From the rooms, one can hear people talking at the reception...

It was raining and the room leaked bad, when asking for towels to put on bed since leaks were on bed and couch they weren’t thrilled about giving them. They say they have airport shuttle, and when you ask they say to walk.

The gentleman that checked us in (on our second stay) was very helpful and efficient. He also went out his way to ensure we were comfortable.

The lady that checked us in (the first stay) incorrectly charged us ( charged us more than the booking.com price). We were booked in this hotel for two guests with breakfast included but the woman also said the breakfast was only included for one person. Never stayed at a hotel with “breakfast included” but just for half the guests. The hotel is also very noisey on a busy street and the walls are incredibly thin. Due to people staying here after their flights people are checking in at all hours of the night.
