Free breakfast due to my Genius Status was great! Walking distance to airport is super convenient! The night shift staff named Arsene was very helpful. When we complaint about not having A/C and lack of electricity outlets, he provided a fan and extension cord.

False facility listings!!! They should correct the listing and remove almost all of the items they said they have in the Deluxe Queen Room! There is no A/C! Flat-screen TV does not work! No "Pay-per-view channels"! No toiletries except a piece of soap! In the whole room, there is only 1 outlet plus another in the bathroom. No coffee machine. No microwave. No refrigerator, no kitchenware, no iron, no electric kettle, no dishwasher, no alarm clock, no oven, no clothes hangers, no air purifiers, no hot tub, no safe, no bidet. Windows facing the terrace do not have screens so we cannot leave them open.

The staff was very friendly, I checked in very late which was no problem and they even let me check out late for free so that I could get some sleep.

The mattress was a bit hard

Location great for airport.

Noise from loud people in other rooms and reception. Could not make hot drink in room. Facilities they said they had did not exist.

I cant really think of anything I liked expect the proximity to the airport.

The room door could not not be locked I.e it was just shut, no double lock. The key card was just for aesthetics. No towels given. Bar Soap given was clearly already used by someone else (not like I was going to use it anyway)

The internet was good and the location

I got the worst customer care at the property starting from the restaurant I asked for chicken sauce only to get chicken mixed in the beef sauce 🤢the property doesn’t do house keeping when a client is around , I went out and left my door card at the reception only to come back to find the room the same on top of that The toilet inside the room was smelly and power was on and off at the property . They used to make noise in the corridor and I can hear it in my room , I got the worst customer care services I was in the bathroom and I had someone opening my door only to come out to see Peninah saying sorry she forgot that I took the room can you imagine 🤔😡 the room didn’t have mosquito net or mosquito repellent Tv was not working as well the room never had a phone I had to walk out to let them know I needed something so sad 🥹
