The Imperfect Downtown Hostel

Friendly and helpful staff, they basically have anything you might need or want to do in Hoi An! 100% recommended.

It was super super clean and very modern, the staff is so friendly and helpful, they don't try to sell you anything and take great care, very delicious breakfast and lovely tiny hostel if you want a central location but still not the party surroundings. I had a very good stay and would recommend and stay there again!

The beds in the dorm didn't have curtains on all sides but as I had a quiet room and we communicated well, it was never too loud and easy to sleep. I had a good rest, bed and sheets are nice and soft 🙂

There’s nothing to not like

This is probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was good and it gets cleaned everyday. Breakfast was tasty. We arrived at 5am and the person working on the night shift let us in and said we could sleep on the sofa/bed sort of corner space they have. They were brilliant and I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely staff, great location and very clean room

Located in a quiet street near a bustling night market, the Japanese covered bridge and other attractions in the heart of the old town. The staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly at all times, including in providing helpful advice on activities to do, where to eat and shops to visit. The dorm was clean and had A/C, comfortable beds, also with curtains, a bedside lamp and electrical socket. Each dorm had its own bathroom, which was large and clean and had free toiletries available (towels were also available for an extra fee). The rooms have huge individual lockers (bring your own padlock). The swimming pool is nice and built just right to maximise the usage of space and comfort, though the weather was too cold for me to go for a dip. The complementary breakfast was delicious and hearty. They offer free luggage storage for early check ins/late check outs and the common areas are nice to hang out in, also offering some board games, books and city guides (their homemade “survival” guide is very nice and informative). I had an amazing stay and ended up extending it for an extra night because I enjoyed so much both the hostel and the city itself. And all this for an amazing price, in my opinion!

The breakfast! The location and the friendly staff! Amazing and felt very safe there.

1. I love the breakfast, Banh Mi omellete on first morning (too bad i can't finish) and Crepe Banana on second morning. 2. Very good location where in the small island they can walk to any where, many shop just beside and restaurant rated 4.5+ is at end of the street 3. Reception speak fluent english and could assist you to book tour and arrange transport to another location

1. The rental bike should get maintaince, the kickstand is so tight. 2. Charging port will be better to have something to hold the phone instead we put it on bed. 3. Will appreciate if there are more hangle for clothes, or maybe write down the hook belonging 4. Should be enough space to have a folding table stick on the wall without blocking anyone. 5. I should request to change the room due to the orchestra at night T_T

Loved the property. Location is perfect and just 2 mins walk from the night market. Washrooms and the hostel overall was very clean.

Beds were comfortable but it will be worth investing in stronger beds and then charging a bit more. I am sure people will be happy to pay.
