The Imperfect Downtown Hostel

Staff members were great, very nice and polite, nice breakfast, good room and shower, the location great as well.

The hostel workers are some of the NICEST people ever. Not only did they help with anything you may need, they also are just so nice to chat and hang out with. The beds are comfy and the rooms are super clean, including the bathrooms. Location is central & if you stay for a few nights it's perfect, but for long term having to walk through the night market every night can be tiring. Awesome they have a shower for when you arrive early from an overnight bus.

My only gripe is that there are little gnats, I think from the sink, in the kitchen. It makes sitting in the common area frustrating.

Rooms with just few beds, an a clean and hot bathroom inside of each room and very comfortable and private beds. Clean pool as well - a bit small but I swam anyway. Caring and lovely stuff and volunteers. Num is there to listen and gives you recommendations for whatever you need, And nyun there to smile at you in the morning and take care to bring for you a breakfast that not just the most delicious in Vietnam, also suits your diet - vegan for me.

The property is nice located in the heart of the city very near to lots of good place where you might visit. The hostel staff are very healthy in everything.

The dorm is nice but could have a proper curtain, the one it was equipped with useless and torned from multiple places.

Breakfast is included but they don't serve it to you to take away if you have an excursion if is early (7am)

Directly in the old town and the night market, also just in few walking distance to the river. Super nice staff and everything gets cleaned everyday. Breakfast is also good with changing dishes every day. Tours can be easily booked at the counter.
