The Imperfect Downtown Hostel

The staff is the best ever! They made my experience complete. I could arrive really early and shower in their guest shower and even sleep on a bed in the lobby for early guests

The rooms could have had table, hangers or a shelf. It was great but I could not really but my stuff on other places than on my bed or the locker

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean rooms and bathrooms in the rooms. Very quiet at night, excellent location in Hoi An.

It was a very central hostel, many restaurants and street food around and super close to the main river and Japanese bridge. The staff were super kind and helpful and I had the best pancakes of my life for breakfast there.

My room could get super noisy in the morning cause the window was in towards a school and from 6-7 in the morning I could hear the students screaming. The bathroom was getting so wet everywhere after someone took a shower. I think have a slippers there could be helpful

the map with all the informations ( coffeeshops, restaurants,tailors) excellent staff!

no locker, no towel and next to it was a school and it was very loud!

The staff was amazing and I liked the atmosphere!!

the rooms were really cold and you only got a small blanket, and the curtain for the beds was not that good, so it was not that private…

clean comfy rooms, able to control the AC yourself, great breakfast (different every day), easy to rent bikes / book tours, location is close to the night market…..

way too close to the night market for my liking. every day I would have to fight throngs of tourists just to get back to the hostel. our room also faced a school and the children would start yelling from 7 every morning, so it was impossible to get a good sleep….we also couldn’t close the bathroom window to try to block out the noise. didn’t seem to be many solo travellers here, not very social in the small main area

Lovely and very helpful staff! We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the breakfast was yum.
