حجزت شقة من غرفتين وكان احد المكيفات لايعمل وكذلك هاتف الغرفة بلغت الاستقبال وبكل وقاحة يقول الموظف هذه ليست مشكلتنا هذا حظك !! حاولت اجد حل معهم لكن كانو سيئين التعامل وخاصة الموظف المتواجد يعد الساعه 9 مساءا المرافق سيئة والاثاث قديم لن احجز
