To reach the reception, you have to climb many stairs without a handrail! Naturally, this photo was missing from the hotel's listing. When we stopped to unload our luggage, we were called by the police. We requested a cancellation due to mobility access issues at the hotel, and the staff member sarcastically told us to do it through the booking platform, then later refused to cancel the reservation. This was a very unpleasant experience at this hotel
