Comfy bed

Arrived late and received a very cold welcome, staff weren't friendly There is no WiFi. I'm not sure I've stayed at a hotel of any price with no WiFi for 10 years. Loads of lights in room off electronics and curtains don't shut properly Didn't sleep well

Excellent English speaking receptionist who arranged bus pick up for our ongoing journey to Hanoi. Great location.

The bed is very comfortable! Big and light room, kettle in the room!

We arrived very late so the lady at the reception didn’t speak English. But we managed 😂 There is no breakfast offered so we struggled to get some food in the morning!

We stayed here the night before our motorbike loop tour (not booked through the hotel) and returned to the hotel when we finished the loop. On both occasions the hotel was great. Big, clean rooms, very comfy bed, strong aircon, hot water that doesn't run out quickly and WiFi worked well. Lovely staff who kindly let us store our bags securely whilst we did the loop. An excellent stay for great value, really recommend, especially if you're wanting some creature comforts post loop! Also loved that they had some eco-friendly measures, e.g., a refill water point (hot and cold) in the reception area and refillable shampoo and soap for the shower. Nearby are 2 small shops which are a good place to pick up snacks before the loop. A few restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. Definitely book this hotel!

Changing the plastic water bottles for glass water bottles and removing some of the plastic single use items in the room like the toothbrush, soap, etc., would be great to be even more eco-friendly.

Big room, comfortable bed, quiet at night, toiletries included, helpful owner.

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Just a note for future guests, it's quite far from town so it is a bit of a walk or a taxi ride to get wide choices for food, and no breakfast available at the hotel

There was absolutely nothing to fault at this Hotel. A special mention should be how soft the bed was plus everything else that goes towards a great night's sleep.
