"We had a lovely stay and I can recommend Puc Lam Hotel!"

The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Everything was super clean. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. They are keeping our luggage for a week while we are doing the Ha Giang loop free of charge.

There was nothing not to like!

"Superb"

Very helpful staff and checked us in very early at 3am. Comfortable bed. Good location. Looked after our bags whilst we went on the Ha Giang Loop. Quiet.

"Clean and modern, spacious room."

Room was clean and comfortable, large with plenty of drawers and closet space, large bathroom, top quality linens. Location was good for our purposes, close to public space. Went for a walk in the evening, lots of decorative lighting in the area, walked across the bridge and back. Great yogurt and drink shop almost next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Some traffic noise but not bad, could hear noise from the bathroom next to us but I think the guest just happened to be exceptionally noisy.

"Great short stay"

Arrived 4 am on night bus and staff were very helpful and let us in late . Beds very comfy - shower good - lovely and clean . Welcome stay for a few hours

Nothing - we didn’t eat any of the food in the room but it wasn’t clear of it was charged or not - I may have missed a price list
