Phúc Lâm Hotel

Nice hotel with covered parking for bikes. Rooms are comfortable and clean You can walk from there along the river for coffee shops, few locals restaurants on the other side and few options on the same side too.

Comfortable bed, central location.

The property charges a 4% card fee, which was the highest I experienced in a hotel in Vietnam. I also reported to the front desk that I accidentally dropped a drinking glass in the room. I was happy to pay, but the receptionist thought for a few minutes and decided to charge me $1.60. This didn’t seem to be based on anything, and is laughably high for a single drinking glass in Vietnam. Left a sour taste.

Cozy stay, perfect for an overnight in between travel days.

Great location right in the middle of town, the room is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a few nights in Ha Giang!

The beds where amazing and the staff where really helpful and kind.

Really comfy pillows best in Vietnam! Shower facility was also good and location was excellent

We didn’t have the shared experience of others regarding the English competency of the staff. They were super lovely but we kept having troubles that our key card wouldn’t open the door of our room and every time we had to do a big dance of google translate and then trying to fix the card but eventually they always had to come up to the room and let us in!

The double beds were a bit small and against the wall which makes it feel even smaller
