The staff are very kind and friendly. They always want to help you with anything you need.

The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the neighbours very clear.

Situated on the border of the river, it was fun to walk toward all these coffee shop. Plenty of good restaurant not too far and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Extra point for hot shower never becoming cold like a lot of place I had before.

Centrally located and great value for money. I booked in for a one day rest following the Ha Giang loop after reading a similar comment. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a TV with apps to watch Netflix or YT. The shower was good. The woman at reception was very friendly and phoned a taxi for me the next morning to the bus.

The area was busy at night with noise (loud music), but this died down after 10pm.

Lovely comfortable, quiet, stay. You can walk just out the back of the hotel to a picturesque path along the riverside and some funky cafes. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Also Netflix!

Very large room and shower area, clean and comfortable.

Ideal place to stay before Ha Giang loop.

Could hear toilets and water room other rooms. No chance of breakfast.
