The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.

Besides one of the staff, nobody speaks English here. So it was a little hard to communicate. Also, the place is a little outside of the city, but close to the Airport if thats what you need.

Nice view of the lake from public areas - but the busy main road in front of the hotel made it hard to access.

If you make a reservation, they might charge your account. I booked two rooms for my friends so they could pay in person and in cash, but the hotel charged my account. After a brief conversation with one of the staff members, they stopped responding to me.

Hotel has really nice garden at the backyard for relax or drink. Rooms are renovated and it is by the lake. It has also restaurant and offers alkoholic drinks.

Cleanliness of the rooms could be much better. It is a bit noisy because of the main road. Staff doesn’t speak english. Access to the lake is full of rubbish.

The worst experience of staying in a hotel, it is nothing like the photos on the website, the rooms are very small without ventilation and air conditioning , there is no room for even one piece of luggage, we were very annoyed, we had made a reservation and the payment was made a week before, but They talked to us and argued that you didn't pay and you have to pay again, until finally we called the police and we were able to stay. The hotel is so small that it does not have a reception counter, and there is a laptop in the kitchen where they take food orders and check-in and check-out are done!!! You don't have peace in the hotel, at 2:30 in the morning there is loud laughter and people talking outside the window and we couldn't sleep. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all, it is very bad.
