the staff were friendly I was unwell during the trip and they let me rest in the hotel

the bed was extremely uncomfortable it was like there was no mattress.

The staff are friendly and the facility is passable - not exactly squeaky clean but it matches the price, so I'm not complaining. My air conditioner was broken, but they changed the room for me later on. They listened and were helpful.

The only problem is when I showed up at the exact address as shown in Booking, they told me that they were out of vacant room and moved me to another place of a different address and name. They didn't even notice Booking on that, so this turned out to be a problem because Booking marked me as "no show" and almosy charged me for a no show penalty. I had to explain the process.

Good location as there is a lot around you in walking distance.

We didn't dare shower here- everything is dirty, also smells. The bed was like sleeping on a plank on 2" wood. This place has no lift and our room was up 6 flights on stairs also so not very accessible. The bedding and bed STANK. We had to put clothes down to sleep on.

The staff do no speak English at all. There was a very noisy and disturbing techno music from one of the room of the hostel but nothing was done. The room was not ready at the check-in time. Poor quality.
