location was perfect

There was a fowl smell inside the room even though the room was clean. Overall, the property was okay.

The location was perfect. Close to everything by walking. Reception and cleaning lady was very friendly. We arrived at 9 pm as we told them bevor. It looked like some was in our room bevor, because they started cleaning when we arrived, so all the floor in the room was wet. The rest where clean.

Didn't had the room we booked, given a bad room. Also the place did not had hot water. Will not be back.

The comedy value of the receptionist writing what she was trying to say in Vietnamese after realising that I didn’t speak Vietnamese, hilarious! This was because she didn’t understand me when I said I had a reservation even after showing her the email!

I booked a deluxe double room and was shown to a room with a 3/4 bed crammed between the ‘bathroom’ and the wall. The only other floorspace was what allowed the door to open into the room. It was filthy like a scene out of trainspotting and there was no window. I immediately walked out without bothering to ask for a refund, they clearly needed the money

when we arrived for the check in they wanted to give us another room for the same price but way more smaller! the staff (old woman) was not good at all with us and at some point seems that she was try to cover us more money!!
