入住前一天已經有電話通知隨行有未滿一歲的寶寶跟長輩，房間安排幾乎都需要一直爬樓梯，我就一直抬著推車就累了，到了房間也沒有準備提前說好的嬰兒澡盆，安排不理想何必提前來電詢問需要什麼東西。
