The food was very good

But the owners of the place sat there with 2 mobilphones both with speakers on for one and a half hours, one seeing a football game and the other speaking with friends on there mobilephones. it was very disturbing, and without respect for the guest that was served diner there.

The food in the restaurant was really good, I had a nice paneer for dinner. However, the breakfast was not that good. It is an okay hotel if you are staying just one night.

There was no fan and the AC in the room did not work One of the bed pillows was lacking the cover and it was pretty dirty The bathroom had a strange shower and some tiles were broken

Staff did their best at all times. Nice quiet location with access to Gulu University where I was doing some business.

Food! Only Indian menu, no local foods, even b/fast has limited choice of fruit yet there is a lot in the local area.

The Indian food was amazing, the garden was lovely, it was a nice quiet place. Good simple breakfast was included. Overall good value.

The facilities were not well-maintained (broken tile, wobbly toilet, etc) but they were clean. The a/c in the room was not working.

I did not get up at the proper times for breakfast. I was either leaving earlier than breakfast, or sleeping long past breakfast time. I ate supper several times. Food was good, not exceptional. Room had hot water, comfortable bed, and cold air conditioning! Staff was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Room is not luxurious, but I didn't care. No light above the mirror, and only one tv station, but those were minor things to me. Nothing negative to say. Don't expect luxury, but expect comfort and excellent service.

No hot water and very poor conditions
