The location was perfect due to the access to various retail shopping in the area.

There were quite a few disturbances on my floor late night. Secondly, the water in my room was lukewarm and not enough rags provided. Since I wasn't there long I didnt bother complaining but not having these items made my stay a little frustrating. Lastly, there were people standing and sitting in the side door walk way of the hotel making it a little uncomfortable to even have to ask that they make way as I approached.

We were visiting family in the area and the hotel suited us perfectly, in terms of location and facilities. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily. We used the gym, where the equipment was adequate for a workout and the pool looked well-kept. There was a fair choice at breakfast and we enjoyed making waffles. Would definitely stay again.

O hotel é super bem localizado. O café da manhã é bem gostoso.

A funcionária da noite durante os dias que fiquei lá destoava completamente do resto do hotel. Diferente de todos super simpáticos. Ela estava todas as noites de mal humor. Foi super rude qdo pedi uma garrafa de água E outra vez qdo eu não consegui achar o cartão do quarto. Eu estava em tratamento médico. E precisei estender meus dias na cidade. Cheguei à noite no hotel e ela simplesmente falou que eu não podia fazer uma nova reserva pq não estava com meu cartão de crédito físico naquela hora. Foi algo bem chato. Totalmente sem boa vontade. Incapaz de dar um sorriso. O restante do staff era sorridente e prestativo!!
