Hampton Inn Kissimmee North

Location was good in the outskirts of the city. Generally a clean hotel with friendly stuff. Comfortable bed.

Poor Breakfast.

Entry way was clean

The room had bed bugs. It was horrible. I checked out at 5:30 am after noticing it. Usually I check the beds when I travel but unfortunately the one time I didn’t and now I regret it. Luckily I kept my bags up off the floor. I will never stay here again. I told the front staff and all they said was they would have an exterminator come out to look at it and gave me a receipt.

We liked the modern, newness of the hotel. The room and adjoining bathroom were large (including the shower). The late night check-in host was attentive but humorous, which was refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The adjacent area is filled with convenient shops and is very safe feeling.

The only thing we didn’t care for (small item) was the shield covering the toilet paper in the bathroom. It seemed unsanitary and a little gross to have to lift it to advance the paper and it made us question if the housekeepers ever would, or even could, satisfactorily clean it between patrons?
