"Had a pleasant stay but probably won't book the challet in winter again. Luckily we were not there most of the day."

The restaurant staff and reception were lovely and helpful and the food was good. The bookings lady not so much. I sent many emails before our stay Amd she said she didn't received them however everyone else received my mails?

The chalet is basic and could do with an update. No chair cushions on the dining table chairs in winter was unpleasant. Bigger towels and more heating is required one small heater is not enough. The fire place was average didn't warm up the unit and had a strange smell because of its casing.

The staff were great, food very nice, views across to the Drakensberg stunning.

Struggle to get the wood fire alight, and it was cold in early August!
