The location was spectacular, and the food at Skye Bistro was fantastic. Those were my favourite parts. The service at Skye Bistro was also great.

I booked a superior room. The room wasnt up to standard. The bathroom and shower - I had received better 3-4 star conditions in other establishments. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, which I would expect from such an expensive establishment. I feel it was ok, just definitely not worth the high cost. Furthermore, I had a 90 minute massage. The quality was subpar and not a single person asked me how my session was. Its just definitely not the standard I would expect at such an expensive 5 star hotel.
