"Absolutely outstanding."

Been to Fordoun a few times and to this day the owner still walks through the Resturant and chats to each guest. The short stories put on your bed which are written by the owner are always a treat to read. The staff are incredible, friendly and the service is outstanding.

A bit sad the Spa never responded to my emails and WhatsApp message. Would have been wonderful to have booked a spa day.

Breakfast was AMAZING. Breakfast staff were really good, food was fresh and on time. Beautiful grounds, really nice rooms with great views. Spa and sauna / steam room also pretty nice way to spend the day. Location very convenient for a wedding we had at a nearby farm.

Front desk staff weren't overly welcoming. Gym and taxis court facilities are a little dated.

The property is absolutely stunning, clean and there is a lot to see.

Most of the activities listed on the website weren’t available, so that eased very limiting in terms of our anticipated experience .
