Blue Haze Country Lodge

The view and atmosphere was great.

I checked in at 14h00 on the 15th of December 2024. From 17h00 right up until the morning of the 16th of December 2024 there was no water. I had females who needed to use the bathroom but could not do so. There was no sanitation at all. The receptionist was a rude and arrogant lady (Marl). It was brought to our attention that the general manager's son could not be reached during the time of crisis as he was busy partying. A party is more important than their guest! There were spider webs all over the cabin. Will not recommend this place to anyone. The only sensible person was Shaun (the manager). He tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately, it required higher authorities and invention which he could not get ahold of. We believe that this is an ongoing issue and was not the first time it has happened.

There was no water to bath and even flash the toilet my entire staff. And the staff never bothered to notify us of what was happening.

It is clean and easy access.

No WiFi access in our room

Very clean , comfy bed, shower kept running out of hot water.
