Sunshine Hotel Little Corn Island

Wonderful property with curated garden, exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and had AC.it is just a short walking distance from the port (restaurants, shops) super easy to get to seeing that there is no transport on the island.

No wifi in the rooms. Water pressure not too strong and only cold water (this is normal in Nica though). Be aware that there is no electricity on the island from 6am- 1pm.

Sunshine is a nice hotel with beautiful garden at the entrance. It is a quite place located just a few meters from the beach and other establishments.

I would suggest to extend the check out hour couple of hours so you can leave the hotel at noon. Another thing I was not quite happy was about the bed, it was not quite comfortable for my back.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. It has air conditioning and is in town close to everything you might want.

Location is great to access restaurants, ferry dock and bars etc. it also is approx 20mins away from Otto beach (by far the best one on the island).

We weren’t introduced to the property so didn’t realise there was communal space until checking out when we had to hunt down the owner (who is lovely, just hard to track down).

Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning and fan to keep cool in a great location very close to the port and restaurants.

This was a nice quiet location but close to restaurants. We were able to purchase nice cold bottled water on site. The room was comfortable. Staff helped to arrange a snorkelling tour for us and was open to us arranging for massages in the garden.

Nice people running this place! Beautiful garden, hammocks, everyone is cleaning and working a lot to keep everything nice, good location close to the ‚harbour‘ but quiet. Was there with my little son and we both felt really comfortable and at home:-) thanks again to the lovely team of sunshine Hotel
