Sunshine Hotel Little Corn Island

Location is great, it's just by the dock and a couple minute walk the heart of the village. The room is simple but very clean. The garden is beautiful with nice hammocks there and the staff is friendly.

You can hear people outside very easy, so light sleepers bring earplugs. This was not a problem for me though.

It’s just a comfy place , nice to stay

The hotel grounds are beautiful to lounge outside and spend the day relaxing in hammocks, not to mention each room is equipped with its own seating area on a shared patio. The rooms were clean, air conditioning+WIFI were strong, there was a lock box and bistro set in each room and clothes line outside to wash things after a day at the beach. It's centrally located a brief walk from the dock towards the quieter side, but accessible to many great eateries on both ends. There is also a dining area upstairs that you could order breakfast ahead where you'll find Louise who manages all communication - she is wonderful and accommodating to try to ensure you have the best experience (even checking in early). Selma who provides the daily check is also very inviting, always greeting you with a big smile as well as the lovely gentleman who maintains the property grounds.

Location was perfect, close to the port (1-2 minutes away and most of the islands restaurants. The local family who own and run the hotel were very kind and friendly, had some nice conversations. Quiet location (island is generally quiet, minus a few louder restaurants far enough away). Our room was immaculate clean as they have higher standards here than most hotels we’ve stayed at in Nicaragua. The air conditioning in our room was nice to have. Hammocks in the shade were great. Yard is very well maintained and manicured. We felt safe staying here. They also stored our bags for us after check out while we killed time before our Panga ride back to Corn Island. Nice hotel, kind people there. We’d stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very smiling and welcoming staff, The location of the hotel is great, less than a minute's walk from the ferry boat, the main restaurants on the island and also close to the diving centers. It's one of the only hotels with a location that doesn't require you to cross paths after a good restaurant when it's dark, which is great. The room is cleaned every day, it is very clean and the air conditioning works very well, which allows you to feel good after a day in the sun. In short, I recommend if I return to the island I would go to this establishment without a doubt.

Staff and owner were so kind and nice to talk to. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Located in the village and close to the main pier.

Cleanliness, very quiet , with AC. Selma the attendant was above and beyond with us.
