They emailed the code to our room in the morning. We used the code at 4pm to take a look at the room. We didn’t come back until 9pm and when we entered the room, a man and woman were in the bed. The woman said “they moved you to a different room”. Checked our email and yes, there was an email sent at 5:22pm saying they “reassigned” our room. There was a phone number to confirm. I called it twice leaving messages that I would like to know what happened and never got a response. BAD COMMUNICATION!
