It is clean and has all you need to a value stay in Leadville. The breakfast was a plus too. Basic, but free.

It is basic, and pretty “retro” but it is a good value for the location

It was very nice and in a convenient location.

The breakfast could have been better (bagels perhaps). We were there 3 nights and never had housekeeping. Luckily there were enough towels for the two of us.
